Total joke. Waited behind 3 cars for 10 minutes without moving. Clearly an explanation what drive thru means to the staff is in order. How hard could that be. Pathetic.

Ordered two biggie bags, one double stack biggie bag and one Junior bacon biggie bag. They never gave me the Chicken nuggets for the junior bacon biggie bag or any sauces they ever put any cheese on my double stack and they made us wait at the drive-through for about 10 minutes and then had to sit at the door for about 10 minutes waiting for my food go to a different Wendy’s or pick somewhere else because this place is always crap because they always screw something up

Horrible place. Ordered a burger and a small chilli and a bottle of water. got bottle of water and then a bag and there was small fries. so I asked I didn’t ask for fries. I asked for a small chilli. The guy snatched it out of my hands, window still open. goes in the back and start mocking me annd laughing at me and I said man I still can hear you. What’s the problem? And he like You should be nice to people. I said I didn’t order it. I just want my chilli and all all of a sudden I’m a bad guy? I wasn’t rude, you being rude now. and then he cussing at me and left me without food. Which quite honestly, I didn’t want after such an experience. Absolutely uncalled for. And I later found out that’s the manager for the location. Well, good luck Vanya. Need it with people like this in charge. do not go! avoid like a plague.

Place charges a dollar and 7 cents for large drink finally and now it's back to 3.50. Ridiculous! Flavors always empty also and for that price is a too high when your taking to go and not sitting in to refill 4xs to make it worth it. Place has gone down hill and depending on staff forget getting anything.

They need to change grease more often, food was not hot nor was it the correct order and I requested fries with NO salt I did not get that either. I also got the wrong receipt when I asked for one. They had no cup trays either and were out of strawberry lemonade. This was my first time going here for the first time in 6 months due to cold food and the service is still the same as it always was, sloppy unfortunately.

They don’t listen I make sure at the window and even after that they still got a chicken bacon biggie bag screwed up they put beef🤦‍♀️ if you aren’t capable of doing such simple tasks you guys should really find a new job and it’s not just a one time experience it’s 24/7 they need all new staff and prob more people to supervise them because they obviously can’t be trusted.

Breakfest is slamming. Potatoes are insainly crunchy on the outside soft and fluffy on the inside. Flavor= 10 /10

Zero stars should be an option. Do not waste your money here. Every single time I've ever visited this location I've had items missing or mixed up. And when you go through the drive through and they have you "pull ahead" seems almost intentionally done so they can just toss your knowingly incorrect order through your window and run off before you get a chance to go through and find everything they screwed up. Employees dirty and rude, won't be spending another dollar at another wendys anywhere just because of the awful service of this one location.

I was having a hard time operating the soft drink machine. I asked for help from a male worker. I said "there's no ice coming out". He said "It's working, you need to select your drink first" and then walked away. I followed his instructions & it still wasn't working. The same worker was still nearby, so I asked him for help again. He wouldn't help me & mocked me to another customer saying, "She doesn't even know how to use the drink machine". Well, that customer happened to be one of the people I was with. She helped me get a drink. I don't use these machines often & have poor eyesight. Yes I was having trouble using the machine. BUT it turns out, that machine was out of ice. AND...his instructions were incorrect anyway, you are not supposed to select your drink first, ice ALWAYS comes first! But I did not deserve to be mocked for that. I've worked in retail for 20 odd years & I would never treat a customer that way just for needing help
