Went here for lunch — the food was actually really good, and the place had a nice, quiet vibe with only a few other customers around. We spent about $74, and overall the meal itself was enjoyable.
Unfortunately, the service really took away from the experience. The waitress was very rude and had a noticeable attitude the entire time. We ordered a lunch combo that included a salad, but it was never brought out. We also asked for straws with our drinks, and not only were we ignored...
We used to love this place but our most recent take out order was not good. When we have eaten in ther service has always been ok. And the restaurant has always been clean with a good atmosphere, not too loud so you can have a conversation. Our food this time was bland and completely tasteless which was super disappointing. The pupu platter was cold and overly greasy. We will probably give them one more chance before going elsewhere I sincerely hope this was a one time occurence.
The venue was aesthetically pleasing, and the spacious table provided ample seating. While the food quality was satisfactory, certain elements lacked sufficient seasoning. A more robust application of seasoning is recommended. The server was nice. But II feel like she did not understand much English when we were telling her what we were looking for. I guess she understood later on what we said after a repeating couple of times. It's not a big deal. I would recommend people...
