Kay’s is amazing. The staff are so kind and the ultimate multitaskers. They are taking orders, prepping sides, scooping ice cream, working with the busy kitchen staff and double checking each order. It’s amazing watching them work and they are always smiling. They definitely deserve a tip so take care of these hard working servers when you go in. The food is outstanding. PSA FOR ANYONE THAT GOES TO KAYS DAIRY BAR, they have a POS (Skytab) system that charges 17% gratuity and you have to opt out of it when using your card.
My husband came home with a receipt that read $49.22 however his bank account read $57.58.
When I called and asked they were friendly and polite but stated that it’s a “common problem” and the system automatically applies a 17% tip that customers have to opt out of.

we ordered $69.00 worth of food . we picked it up at the window and found you have added an $11.00 tip without my permission. how dare you steal from me! we made you change it! greedy, greedy, you will never see us again, and I'm telling everyone!
