Very cool, retro looking place. We got a cotton candy ice cream with sprinkles and M&Ms and a Bertie's Buttercrunch. Both were amazing. The Buttercrunch is especially scrumptious. If you are someone whose ideal guilty pleasure combines sweet with salty flavors, do not miss this. This place is awesome! Lee (the manager) and the staff are very friendly. I helped a couple design their elopement experience and as a way to celebrate/end the day, we came to Bertie's for some ice cream. Everyone was so welcoming to the couple, their kids, and myself. We had a lot of fun and felt specially loved by everyone! The bonus is the place is so cute and retro and served as a beautiful backdrop to some of their elopement pictures :)!

Bertie's certainly exceeded my expectations! I ordered the mint Oreo flavor in a small cup and got two giant scoops for only $4.50! The flavor was perfect - it didn't taste too artificial and there was a lot of Oreo chunks! They have a huge variety of flavors (at least 20) and they also have sundaes and banana floats! Service was excellent and quick. The ambiance was great - a good amount of seating. This is a perfect spot for family and friends! Overall rating: 10/10
