99 Restaurants is a popular spot that serves great food at a reasonable price. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making customers feel like family. Ashley, in particular, stands out for her warm smile, impeccable menu knowledge, and attentive service. She goes above and beyond to ensure an enjoyable dining experience, from recommending dishes to keeping drinks filled. While service can sometimes be slow due to the building's layout, the overall atmosphere remains welcoming and professional. Recent reviews mention quick to-go orders and friendly staff, with some noting that the inside feels a bit dark and old. The restaurant offers kid-friendly options, and chefs are accommodating, such as putting white sauce on kids' pasta. Customers have expressed a desire to see popular menu items like BBQ Chicken Wrap Family Meal Deal return, and appreciate the fast, easy pickup process. The food is generally decent, with some items like boneless gold fever wingz and side of broccoli receiving mixed reviews.
