“We had a birthday brunch here and the food was excellent. The salads, burgers, fish sandwich, chicken sandwich, clam chowder and french onion soup were all excellent - as was the cookie skillet and the bread pudding for dessert! And our server Michelle was excellent! We will definitely be back!“
“Been here twice. Great food. The bar service is fast and friendly. They ask your first name and remember it. The evening vibe is different than the lunch (breakfast?) vibe....but who is complaining about the hours of operation, not me! Kono's slogan is "Five Star Dive Bar". I agree!“
“Recently visited for Keno and cocktail, but was pleasantly surprised, after speaking to a new chef there, they will cook off menu. I said surprise me!Satisfying, tasty, and the presentation was impressive. Definitely worth trying!Vegetarian options: They are able to create a tasteful option not on the menu based on what they have fresh on hand.“
“We stopped for lunch prior to a family event. They handled all 12 of us without a problem even though there was only 1 bartender. The bartender was so friendly & comical. He even located a few t-shirts for us. Awesome experience and I would highly recommend visiting this place!“
“Stopped by for a bite of lunch after a doctor's appointment. My first time there and was pleasantly surprised! Old school diner atmosphere and home style food!I had a simple 2 hotdogs and fries plate and hubby got the stuffed peppers....and both were delicious !Looking forward to trying out more of their menu cause it ALL looked good!!!“
“Warren’s is a local joint, with a bar, tables and booths. Known for its bar pizza and pub fare like burgers, tips, etc. It’s usually a good place to grab a quick bite, comfort food, with a relaxed pub atmosphere. Food tonight was good with a few hiccups. I ordered Beef Barley Soup and got Beef Stew. I like beef stew too so I just ate it. ( it was good). I also had a blt which was very good with tons of bacon. My wife ordered a salad and pepperoni pizza. Her pizza was good but a little greasy and her salad had a lot of brown wilted lettuce. She removed it and did not eat it. None of these bumps in the road would prevent me from returning.Dietary restrictions: I try and eat GF when I can but didn’t see any GF options on the menu like GF pizza or GF bread orrolls.“
“Great little breakfast place near where my niece lives in Weymouth. Great food, great service. Plenty of options on the menu. My niece said the eggs Benedict with corned beef hash was delicious. I had eggs, hash browns, sausage and french toast. All very good. Not 5 stars excellent food. But very good breakfast. Average prices. Plenty of seating. Lovely, clean bathrooms! Decent parking in lot. Definitely recommend. ?“
“I had a great experience at Middle Ground. The bartenders were attentive and quick. They barely stopped moving the whole time I was there making sure people weren't left waiting. Food was better than expected. I had the mushroom burger and it was seasoned well and not drowning in grease. After two bad burger experiences in Weymouth it was nice to actually have a good burger. Bar was clean and kitchen staff came out frequently to help clean up. A great local bar with above average food.“
“We have been there many times. It was our go to place when we wanted to go to a local place with great prices and good food. We would order a little bit of wine and have two senior meals at $12.99 each. Great value. We used to pay between $50 and $60, all in.Tonight we had 2 dinners, wine and soda and spent $83.The base (and Only) wine is $11 a glass...6 oz.. That's what the Venetian charges right around the corner. It's an upscale restaurant.Salmon $23. Fish/chips $21. The food was good, but $2 more each than '99. We get 9 oz wine there for about $10.50.They need to come down on their prices or improve their atmosphere. They need a house wine for $7 or $8 a glass. We will stick with Ocean Kai for a cheap night.“
“Went to True North as a last minute idea because was in the area. Ate at the bar because we like chatting with the bartender and others. Chloe was very super friendly, attentive and offered a great suggestion when I asked. She recommended the baked stuffed haddock. Just wow! One of the best I've ever had. It was unique, flavorful and cooked to perfection. Never had a bad meal here.“
“Everything was excellent!!It was a last minute decision but my friend Tania who works there made some arrangements for my husband birthday gathering and everyone was very happy with the service and food was amazingly delicious.Tania is a wonderful miracle worker!!Thank you so much ?“
“We came here for Sunday brunch. The food was very good, and included a carving station with corned beef. There was also an omelette station for custom made omelettes. All the food was fresh and delicious. Service was great, very friendly and helpful, clearing away used dishes quickly and often. All this at an amazing price. Highly recommend!“
“My wife & I had dinner tonight, she had baked haddock, and I had the baked scallops. Both were exceptional! Best scallop dinner ever! I have a culinary background and I am not sure what they add to make their scallops & breadcrumbs so succulent, but I recommend this dish! Great service and prices!“
“Used to frequent the Mansfield 99 when I was younger, stopped by this location when I moved to the area and have been coming back consistently since. Food is great and better than anything comparable for price, but the service and atmosphere are the difference maker. Frank and Gillian especially are amazing but the whole staff is beyond friendly will consistently make you feel welcome and treat you like family.“
“Man... Very good "bar food"I used to come here in the 90's when I was in my 20's and drank on Thursday and Friday nights. I don't think back then I really appreciated how good the food was. Today I had the burger and my wife had the shrimp plate, both were quite good. I do prefer a shorter burger I do actually fit in my mouth... But this was so good the gargantuan size can be forgiven. Also as a craft beer guy, THEY HAD TRILLIUM ON TAP!!! Hell I would have come just for the Trillium if I had known it was here, but the fact the food was good too! Yeah I'll be back wishing it was 1998 watching South Park at the bar like it was some kind of event. (Yeah 90's were different)“
