“my 2 friends and I went to Strawberry Fair restaurant yesterday. one friend we hadn't seen in years. we've known each other since we were 12. our hostess and waitress were excellent. we stayed over 2 hours reminiscing. Then when we tried to take a selfie before we left and our waitress came outside and offered to take the picture. it came out great!! I highly recommend this restaurant.The food was delicious!!! The spicy soy beurre blanc sauce and wakame seaweed salad create an amazing blend of flavors and textures. What makes this place truly special is the exceptional service. Sean, Amanda, and Jimmy created such a welcoming atmosphere for our party of 9. Jimmy didn't miss a beat and was very attentive. Sean & Amanda's friendly personalities made the experience even better. Thank you! “My wife and I visited Square Cafe in Hingham last night and we had an awesome dinner! I can't say enough good things about this place. Probably one of THE BEST meals I've had in a long time when dining out. The food...all of it....our appetizers, entrees and dessert was outstanding! Our waiter Jamis was the best! Charlie, the owner made one mean expresso martini. Our waiter, Eric was exceptional and was attentive. The Chef, George did not disappoint! Best scallops I've ever had! Pan seared monk fish with risotto was absolutely divine. My boyfriend the carnivore, enjoyed the succulent and savory tasting ribs that fell right off the bone. “We were a party of nine and four weeks ago I reserved the private room overlooking the marina. I confirmed it with the restaurant via telephone, but when we arrived, it had been given to another party for a bridal event. I was disappointed, but the manager gave us a beautiful table outside and gave us some compensation towards the cocktails. We had a wonderful evening. The music was terrific and the new area outside is stunning. We are very grateful for the way this restaurant handled and unfortunate mixup. We live locally and go there frequently and think it's one of the best values, outstanding service and food and views. Looking forward to their expansion for outdoor seating next summer. Highly recommend one of our top choices on the South Shore.“

“My fiancé and I were in town for an event and stopped in at TK O’Shea’s around 3:30 PM for a bite to eat. Our waitress, Mars, was absolutely incredible! Even though she was handling all the tables on her own, she stayed on top of everything with a great attitude. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. After our event, we decided to stop back in for a cocktail—and Mars was still working and still absolutely killing it! When we told her how fantastic our experience had been, she was so kind and genuinely grateful. Unfortunately, we heard that she’d had to deal with a rude customer earlier, which was disappointing to hear. People need to remember to be patient—yes, service might have been a little slower than usual, but she was doing the work of several people and doing it with a smile. We’ll definitely be back next year when we return for our annual event. The food was great, but the service was truly unmatched.“
