We have ate a lot of pho in our day and this spot ranks in the top 10 pho spots we have eaten at. 10/10 recommend getting the Nguyen special pho and the oxtail pho. There were about 4 tables plus us at the bar and one server she took care of every single table with efficiency and a smile. She was very kind and welcoming. We will be coming back!“
“Ordered dinner tonight for 5 South Main. First the woman who took my order was so pleasant! We ordered the bolognese and the meatloaf. It was outstanding. Just like a home cooked meal. The meatloaf had a fig glaze on it. I thought it might be too sweet but it wasn't. The mashed potatoes and green beans were cooked perfectly! The bolognese had a flavorful sauce not acidic and plenty of meat in the sauce. Would definitely order this again. Absolutely delicious!“
“Nothing but great things to say about this place as a wedding venue. The barn is beautiful. The food is fantastic. The staff is amazing. I can’t tell you how many people told me this was the best wedding they had ever been to. You can’t beat the convenience of having a hotel right at the venue, it made everything seamless. Krystel the event producer, Toufik the food and beverage manager, and Andrew the inn keeper are rockstars at what they do. My wife and I could not have had a more perfect wedding. Worth every penny.“
“I don't like the Phantom Gourmet (sales platform, not real reviews), but.... Because of them I heard of this place. I must say, this is the best Mexican food in the South Shore.Everything tastes like it was made from scratch. I had the Carnitas plate and I loved it, my wife found it to be a little heavy with cinnamon, but I loved it! My wife had the Shrimp chimichanga, Even the tortilla looked like it was made on the premises..We also had corn chips with the mango habanero salsa and guacamole. I have seen other reviews say "food is not spicy" well order the mango habanera salsa... It was amazing and will make you sweat.On top of the great food, they have amazing local craft beers like Vitamin Sea and Widowmaker.The music was a little loud, but after a couple IPA I cared less, lol.“
“My fiancé and I moved to Weymouth a few months ago and one of the first places we went to eat was Johnny Kono's. At first, we were thrown off by how few tables there were, but once we settled in and the food started coming, it has become one of our favorite places to eat. The El Chapo wings are some of the best we've ever had, great spice and flavor with a some acidity to tie it all together. The burgers are incredible, even the Louis lunch burger, which although very simple, always is delicious. They really live up to their claim of being a "Five Star Dive Bar." “We finally returned to The Snug since before COVID restrictions. We loved the Irish music and oldies bands. We arrived before the music this evening and were lucky to be seated immediately. It is usually crowded and noisy. Our server was personable and got our drinks and food quickly. The Snug is, as the name suggests, a snug Irish pub filled with Irish memorabilia. The Smithwicks had a plump foamy head and is lighter than Guinness. My SO's sangria had a hint of peach schnapps flavor. The Greek salad was more than enough for two. The fried haddock sandwich was so big I thought it was the fish dinner. The fish was flaky with a crunchy exterior and the roll was soft and delicious. I had it served with vegetables; the carrots and green beans were tasty but the broccoli was cold. The appetizing chicken salad sandwich was a bit different; shredded chicken and craisins were on a hot dog bun and the mayo was on the side. We will return to The Snug soon to enjoy the music, food and drinks.“

“Jo's is a landmark in Hull. It's a wonderful place, very relaxed and friendly. The drinks are always generous, and the bartenders are friendly. I love looking at all of the historical nautical decor. Really, the feeling that Jo's elicits is like no other. There's a deck where you can enjoy your drink during nice weather. (Fetch your drinks yourself.) They only have chips, but you can order takeout from a variety of menus. Sometimes they have live music; those nights are very fun. On Sundays they have extraordinary Bloody Mary's.“

“I've stayed at the nearby resort for two years in a row now for an annual convention in Boston, and both years ordered pizza and snacks from here. It's rapidly becoming a tradition! I get a white pizza with spinach, onion, feta, and black olives - and it's absolutely delicious! The fried dough is also some of the best I've had - not too crunchy but not too soft either. Instead of rye bread , I had their corn bread- it was absolutely delicious, ( mine you I hate corn bread) The coffee was delicious, my eggs over easy made to perfection , challah French toast - again the best I ever eaten. “Went to JST on 3/30/24 with large party. Server, Antoinette, who we learned has been there 20+ years, greeted us with a smile that lasted through her entire attentive service to our experience. With a new owner, the newly done decor would make TLC’s “Restaurant Impossible“ proud.The bar was full, but separated from the dining area, so that ambiance was alive but not overwhelming.Everyone at our table complimented the food presentation, flavor, and amount on their plates (Yes, doggy bags were requested at meals’ end.),The 2 plates of Calamari were golden in color and cooked just right. The accompanying tomato sauce was thick and hearty (“Just like Momma makes.”). We did sample each other’s plates (From their presentations, how could we not?). The meatballs were flavorful with the right hint of sausage. Spaghetti cooked to our discerning Italian Uncle’s complete approval. Salmon was generous and baked just right showing visual succulence, steaks tips were many and juicy. And the sausage cacciatore was so flavorfu, consumption only ended when the doggy bags arrived.We sampled and really enjoyed almost all of the decadent desserts including Crème Brûlée, Tiramisu, and Chocolate Lava Cake.Anthony, the manager, checked in with us more than once. He was affable without the overbearing of Artie from The Sopranos.We’ll definitely be back next week.
