“I am so impressed with the service I encountered at your Brockton location last week!! I went in to pick up a cake and get a few pastries. There were two other customers in the store already ordering custom cakes. Another gentleman walked in to get pastry. Sariyah never wavered from her absolutely outstanding customer service! She was calm and gracious. She moved in between customers, answering questions and never stopped smiling. At a time where brick and mortar stores are struggling, she is the absolute best face to have up front greeting and taking care of customers. Braintree had three times the help and the same amount of customers the last time I was there. Please send Sariyah there to train them. She’s knows the secret to success. Brockton is my only go to location from now on.“

“We found Catering by Terrie while searching for local caterers for our unexpectedly rushed wedding. Most catering companies declined the request as the wedding was planned for less than two months away. Terrie not only agreed to work within the limited schedule, but also adapted some of the dishes from her catering menu to accommodate some of our guests with restrictions. Terrie’s team was punctual, polite, and professional. The food was fantastic, and by the end of the evening all the guests were well-fed. Many compliments were received on the charcuterie board, curry noodle bowls, coconut shrimp, chicken parmesan sliders, and many others. Set-up and take-down also went without a hitch. With all of the headache and stress that went into a wedding planned on such short notice, Terrie and her team graciously handled one of the biggest aspects, and helped to make the day as perfect as we could have hoped.“

Everything about the reception and dinner was run perfectly and smoothly. The food and drinks were also excellent, as we knew they would be from our tasting. (My dad was still raving about the passionfruit wedding cake days after the wedding.) The staff were incredibly professional and competent. We are just so, so happy with TCA. They were very flexible with allowing us to arrive early in the day to decorate the hall : once for a wedding reception and another time for a baby shower. The menu for both occasions was very flexible and the quality of the food was really great. But as good as all that was , the staff was amazing. They were always available, polite, efficient, and responsive to our needs/wants. We will always use Smith’s Catering for all of our forthcoming events.

“So frigging good!! Be aware that unlike every other place where the traditional tacos are not spicy, they make their traditional spicy. So if you have kids that just want tacos, it will be spicy. “Most don't realize that anyone can eat here. This is a true gem of a cafeteria in the basement of the BU Med student bldg. They serve incredibly great fresh Falafel based dishes and other Mediterranean faire including several vegan options. Absolutely scrumptious. They have a grill with standard various types of burger & fries including delicious vegan burgers. They usually have a variety of fresh soups that includes at least a vegan option. Huge selection of cold drinks in an extensive fridge wall. Anyone can eat here while they are open, but it seems mostly only BMC or BU staff and students are present. Their prices are incredibly affordable and a great value for large satisfying portions.“

Aside from Maggie’s professionalism and beautiful courtesy in serving us (often a rare combination in the service industry) I watched her deal with an incredibly rude customer with such graciousness and self control.
