At last a genuine Kolkata/Bengali food place. The flavors that I missed just popped back into all the five senses. When we look for food Indian food it will give the spices but when you say it’s KOLKATA Indian food then our taste buds is looking for the places we ate on the streets of Kolkata.

The food was exceptional. Even though it is a one person operation. She managed it well.

Kolkata Cuisine Inc. is a very authentic Indian restaurant, the real deal with food just like in India. It is a primarily take-out joint with a table to eat at, but no bathroom. The store has nice ambiance and a cute logo, with easy parking. It is open until 3 am. The owner is super friendly and incredibly kind. The menu has so many choices, including Tawa Pulaos, Masala Tea, Parathas, Naan, vegetarian curries, goat curry, shrimp curry, chana, dal, puri, roti, mango and strawberry milkshakes, and chicken nuggets. The food is absolutely amazing, delicious, very tasty, and very good, with a perfect level of spice, though mild options are available. It features high quality ingredients, great consistent flavor, very fresh food, good portions, large quantity, and is piping hot when served in strong takeout containers. It is a great go-to spot.
