I am so impressed with the service I encountered at your Brockton location last week!!
I went in to pick up a cake and get a few pastries. There were two other customers in the store already ordering custom cakes. Another gentleman walked in to get pastry.

I ordered 3 cakes for my son's first birthday. The first one for his smash photos (about a week before his bday party) was completely wrong. It was supposed to be all white and they gave me a naked cake. The 2 other custom ordered cakes (total of $405) were for my son's first birthday with 50 people.
