Never again ...this place used to be so good. Good subs.not anymore. I normally get delivery and today I got a wrap Greek wrap ...I could smell the sauce that was on the wrap when I opened it ...sour . Chicken was old and grisley.......I called to complain and the girl was rude ..told me she was the supervisor 🤔 then hung up on me ..sad thing is the owner is so nice but there's serious issues there with the quality of the food . I hope he figures it out.

I ordered a kids’ quesadilla through the restaurant’s website, which had no description—only the item name and a photo showing a quesadilla with fries. Based on that, I reasonably expected fries to be included. What I received was a quesadilla served with beans and rice, which my child does not eat. This is not what was shown or indicated on the menu. When I called to clarify, I was told “all quesadillas come with beans and rice,” which directly contradicts the online listing and photo. When I pointed out the issue, the conversation became dismissive and the call was abruptly ended. This experience reflects both misleading menu presentation and poor customer service. At minimum, the online menu should clearly state what is included so customers are not misled and children are not left with food they won’t eat.

It took almost 2 hours to get a pizza delivered to my house which is a few minutes away. I called three times, once to cancel and kept getting the run around. Naturally the pizza was cold. Now I remember why I stopped ordering from them.

Needs management or a head chef. Lots of volume and service is satisfactory and pleasant. However, the menu is massive which causes smart eaters to wonder how a house of pizza could maintain stocking fresh ingredients. Their pizza is that pan Greek style but always undercooked and soupy in the middle could be a dough or oven issue — I’ve tried varieties of their pizzas. The sauce is sweet and not a good match pizza either. If you order here I definitely recommend ask first well done. When it comes to appetizers up to you, mozzarella sticks come out dark not over cooked either just dark oil. Overall great staff amazing location just needs to take a better look at quality over quantity.

The sandwiches are good. I prefer Italian style pizza, so I don’t order pizza here. That’s not to say others won’t like it though! Very friendly staff.
I have ordered their black bean burger with Fries. It came like mush, cold and did not appear cooked. The roll was toasted fine bit they forgot the o ion which comes Standard on it. Sweet potato fries were cold and over cooked. Ended up throwing more than half away.

The RB sub was super thick RB. Had to cut it up. Forgot the pickles. Italian sub. Again the meat is ridiculously thick. 2 lg subs Small frie $34..... That's awful. This is our go to when Gustos is closed. Not no more
