First of all, Jess (a fairly new waitress from what I understand but you'd never know it) was the friendliest, best and most accommodating waitress ever AND I cannot say enough about the food. It's JUST.SO.FRESH and delicious. It's hard to explain but just looking at whatever comes out looks brand new/picture perfect without even as much as a sheen of grease even when you would expect to see some. You can tell they are using the freshest and finest ingredients....
This was exactly what I was looking for when I say “let’s go out to breakfast”. The vibe was chill and I don’t think I have ever had better service. The food was good too and they had everything you would expect on a breakfast menu. Would like to try their lunch sandwiches. Nice to see the had some adult drinks available. It was located in the town center, it was street parking but the spaces were large and it was easy to find a spot. Note this is a cash only.

What it does have is one of the best breakfast sandwiches in the country, plated in portions big enough to hurt you, with extremely fast service on top.
The atmosphere at first glance is gritty - which turns very mom and pop once you're settled in. The vibes are very communal and friendly....
