This location used to be great but it has prioritized diversity over quality. Its being staffed by completely incompetent people that just dont care about what their doing. It seems like they put their worst English speakers on the drive through headset. Two days ago I ordered a breakfast sandwich. I watched them drop the cooking tray on the ground and pick everything up and stick it in the oven like they were going to serve it to me anyways.
Corporate doesnt care when you complain.
Unfortunate. I used to go to this place 2 or 3 times a day but it's just not worth it anymore. Hasn't been for a while.

Around where I was in S Carolina. I found Two Dunkin's within a 10 mile radius. People I guess don't drink coffee down here. There's more closed Coffee shops than open.

They always manage to get something wrong with my order. Today, for example, I ordered a large drink and 3 donuts, they charged me for a LARGE and THREE donuts, I received a medium and only 2 donuts. I didn’t say anything in the moment because they got busy right after I received my order, but I’m still pretty upset. It’s nothing personal but I can’t help but feel that any time the blonde girl with the stretched ears is working, then it’s almost guaranteed that my order will have some issue with it.

This place needs to be sold. Just a black mark on Whitman downtown. You’d be better off driving to any other of the dunkin options within a few miles.
You’re gonna wait forever, to talk to a rude employee, who’s going to give you the wrong order. Just save yourself the trouble and drive the extra 2 minutes to a different location.
