They asked me twice what I was waiting for in the window. Then proceeded to tell me they were out of the specialty donut, the salted caramel cold brew (two things I ordered) and my food was ice cold. It’s absolutely disgusting that the manager does not try to make her store better. Its not the teenagers fault, it is poor management. I spent $13 on food and drinks.
