I tried Code 1 BBQ today after seeing it on Facebook for months. The food is nothing short of FANTASTIC!! The brisket was juicy and had great bark, the pork belly was crispy and very flavorful, and the chicken was some of the best I’ve ever had. Had the brisket with brussell sprouts bacon and baked beans. it was absolutely amazing. the brisket just fell apart. This place is a hidden gem!
This is real BBQ. Smoked to perfection, seasoning is on point. It’s not sweet and covered in sauce. If you haven’t tried it, plan on stopping by. If you have, you KNOW!
