“This is review for the Drive-Thru only. I've never been inside this location. I never had to wait in a line to pick up my items at the service window. The staff is quick and very friendly. The good is great, especially the chicken. I'm not a fan of their beef though, since the one time I tried it, it was more tough than tender. I highly recommend the chips and guacamole combo. I think it's their shining star.“

The customer service at the location in Malden was excellent, our waitress was so polite, personable, and the right amount of attentive. The restaurant was spotless, I mean, SPOTLESS, including the restroom. The rest of the staff checked in, and the food was excellent.“

I ordered my food and sat down and she comes out with something for me to try, now she didn’t have to do this but I truly appreciate it and she may not know it but that made my day better. Every time I go in there they show great hospitality and always treat their customers with respect and create a comfortable environment and also amazing food. It started to rain but the server quickly rolled down the awning and no one got wet. I'm addition to their excellent hospitality, the food was delicious. “Hi there! I have become a fan of Qdoba since this location opened. Food is fresh and the staff is always great. My one suggestion is that it often appears closed when it is not. The door on the right is often locked giving the impression that it's not open. If I had not stuck my head toward the glass to see a person inside, I would have walked away thinking you were closed. Perhaps a sign letting people know which door to open would help others who may not try the other door. Other than that suggestion, I'm happy you are there and wish you much success.
