My friends and I are always looking for the next best bagel in our area and we stumbled upon this lovely spot. I got the cajun home fries and a bacon egg and cheese with chipotle mayo. It was the perfect bite, and a supportive atmosphere. The staff made sure I had every chance to personalize my meal with their vast selection of sauces and spices. I really appreciate some taste in my meal, and that can be hard to find in a bagel around here. But look no further New York Bagel & Coffee has you covered. Also the live illustrations on the TV make for an entertaining meal!

This is my new favorite bagel spot. I had the the most delicious Asiago bagel with BEC! Best bagel sandwich in Boston, and probably the United States. The service was so helpful and kind. I’m coming back every weekend forever. I would leave a picture but I ate it so quickly, I didn’t have time.

A very nice find only a couple blocks from my apartment. The bagels are very well made and the coffee is delicious. If you order for pickup, they wait to make the coffees until you're there so that they don't have time to get cold, which is very thoughtful of them. My only sadness is they don't do poppyseed bagels.

Got the cinnamon swirl pancakes. Don't get them. For 14.25 you get regular pancakes cakes with cinnamon powder and powdered sugar and some banana slices. Not worth with and the advertisement looks 100x better than the true product. The first time I posted this the owner replied saying they never even sold that order. I posted pictures of the bag and charge from the order and he deleted his response. I removed it but after seeing the other replies. eh screw this place. Go to dunkin if you want something a tier above this place.

Had a bagel lox sandwich. The food was good and the workers were nice, but I felt uncomfortable eating there because of the decor. The art looks like a combination of AI and stolen/traced art based on the line work and artifacts in some of the images. The workers claim that all the art was done by the same person, but that seems unlikely to me based in variations in style and work quality between the images. The rest of the restaurant decor is nice and the space is very clean.
