Have worked with BostonBean for about 4/5 years. They have been great, commutative and their response times are next level. When we (rarely) make a tech call they have someone out here within the day.
Dylan is my rep and he is nothing but fantastic. He’s proactive, reliable and attentive. Let’s me know about new products, if items are delayed and delivers on our off days when we are busy or I forget to order something.
