My company has worked with BostonBean Coffee Company for a few years and I have nothing but great words to say about BostonBean. My vendor, Mike Vinal, is just wonderful and always has a quick reply to answer any questions or requests that may surface. He has an extremely friendly personality and does anything to help. I can even email him with a service situation, and within hours I have a service person at my door ready to fix the problem (which is far and few between) Mike has become like a friend. We talk about hockey, vacations, Peleton, etc. The man bends over backwards. I just can't say enough great words about him.

Management at the co-working space my employer uses switched us from a drip brew setup to a Boston Bean machine during the pandemic to "avoid the use of shared touched surfaces..." and in 2022 still haven't switched back. (Don't get me started on that flawed logic...)No other way to put it, the coffee output of the machine is repulsive. Surprisingly, we use the EXACT SAME roast (Atomic coffee roasters) that tasted great with a traditional drip brew setup. I'm left to conclude that the machine itself is either stingy with its water-coffee ratio, uses tepid 175F water, or a bit of both. The machine also errors out constantly, and is out of order at least a day a week.If you're reading this review you are probably thinking about making a purchasing decision for the office you manage. If you employ people with taste buds or who enjoy a *reliable* supply of caffeine - look elsewhere!

Boston Bean Supplies the Brigham and Woman's hospital with coffee and we all really enjoy it. But now during the Corona Pandemic they have been especially generouse and have donated a cold brew Coffee set up that is amazing. I'm going to try and keep that Cold brew in the hospital after this is over. A+++ Service and they are just great people really making a difference here in the Emergency department.Highly recommended!

If I could give ten stars I would. These guys are THE BEST - for multiple reasons. This review for me - IS SO LONG OVERDUE. Overdrive has been a customer for over 10+ years.We used BostonbeaN over ten years ago - when I first started working here - this was our coffee vendor. All the employees wanted new fad Keurig - so we switched. After a few years -- Keurig became bland. The office had a taste testing having three other coffees for a month and guess what? BostonBeaN won! The flavors are GREAT. Mixture on light, med, dark and super dark -- they have it all. Plus teas!BostonbeaN writes the book for customer service. Hands down - they bend over backwards to make sure YOU ARE HAPPY. They come when they say they will - set it all up, clean the machine, restock the coffee and nice nice people.When they started selling snacks & supplies - -goodbye WBMason.One of the best qualities about Alan and Chris is that they have been so helpful with COVID-19. BostonbeaN branched out and provided Overdrive with masks, gloves, anti-septic wipes, plus so much more - everything we needed especially when supply chains were strained.They started selling a product called Nanoseptic. A product (film) that you put on door handles, coffee machines, copier touch pads, anything you touch. It disinfects on contact. We love it -- just had them put it on every surface - all the door handles in the office, coffee machine and copier. It feels good to have another layer of protection against this virus.Thanks BostonbeaN - for always being there for Overdrive! B

I have had the privilege of working for BostonbeaN Coffee for almost 5 years. I have held 3 positions during my time and I can honestly say I love what I do! During a tough time for everyone (COVID 19) I am proud to say that I still report to work as a essential employee. There is no better feeling to be able to deliver to those on the front lines fighting COVID as well as all the businesses in the area being able to lift spirits of hard working employees with a snack or drink of choice! BostonbeaN is a great place to work with a lot of great employees, I cannot say enough good things about BostonbeaN!

I work in an office park in Waltham on Winter Street and we have Boston Bean coffee in the office. It is by far the worst coffee I have ever tasted. It's the joke in the office that people stopped drinking coffee and went to tea because the coffee is SO awful. Would not recommend.

MAKE SURE YOU READ YOUR INVOICES!!!!There is a culture at BBCC that due to bonuses being given if a certain sales mark is reached each month, drivers will intentionally overstock and over charge their deliveries even if an agreement has been made for a certain dollar amount per delivery. Scummy, but at least ending partnership with them is easy since there aren't any written contracts.

We've had Boston Bean provide coffee for our company over the past 5 or 6 years. We've been very happy with them. Initially they provided only hot coffee using a machine that offers lattes, cappuccino, etc and tea. Then we added cold brew and iced tea which was a big hit with our employees. Everyone LOVES the coffee, the variety and the quality! We have co-workers from other locations tell us that they wish they had the same machine in their office. Boston Bean is very responsive and comes by on a regular basis to stock supplies. They only give us what we need so that the beans are fresh. Mike V is a pleasure to work with and takes care of us. I highly recommend them.
