I received above and beyond customer service from David and Amy. I placed my online order with an estimated wait time of 15 minutes. Arrived when it was supposed to be ready and was told I was 6th in line. I was bummed out and, naturally, I was in a rush on my lunch break. David managed to help make my order while the main line had already been serviced. It meant a lot he took the extra time to accommodate and Amy organizing the switch over.

I always come in but tonight I went in for 3 bowls, all 3 bowls came out right even with a complicated order, fresh, and well portioned. Staff was also super nice, and did all of this during a dinner rush. After all their help they refused my tip but told me they take reviews. If I could give 6 stars I would.

I walked into Cava very confused. I had no idea how the process worked. One employee, Katrina, was so kind and walked me through the whole process. She explained every ingredient to me, and informed me how much of each thing I could have. I felt seen. This is precisely what I needed. I love her.
