atrocious management, always out of everything like rice, veggies, corn, cheese, lettuce. Every time I go in there, they don’t have something ..I would think that would be bad management.. the managers really nasty and rude. I give it a zero stars. sad because I love chipotle but I will never go back here again. also got a quesadilla today with no cheese. Apparently the kid working the counter could not hear me. When I lifted my mask I was told not to. OK fine, so hear I am repeating what I want 4 times. When we got to the register Im told my order is $40 when my order is usually $25. The inconsistency in the staff is insane. Get my food back to my home and the chips are stale and the steak is cold. Afraid to go back and complain as I was verbally harrassed by a customer behind me "for taking to long".
