Seems like the quality of KFC has been going down. I've been to multiple places and the chicken are overcooked and taste like old oil. I'm guessing it's related to inflation. I won't be going to KFC for a while. Colonel Sanders would not approve.

Regrettably, the manner in which I was addressed by a member of your staff, whom I believe to be the manager, was disrespectful and unprofessional. I was shocked when I was told to "get out of the store" in a highly inappropriate manner. Such behavior is not in line with the expected standards of customer service, especially from a reputable establishment like KFC.I value the quality of service and the overall experience provided by KFC, and I believe that incidents like this tarnish the reputation of your brand. As a result of this unpleasant encounter, I am hesitant to return to your store until I can be assured of a more respectful and accommodating service.I kindly request that this matter be addressed promptly to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. I always buy a K9 meal from this place on a daily basis. I keep letting the staff know that the chicken was RAW. I’ve never asked for a refund or compensation. I guess they just don’t take customers seriously. Just bought my last KFC meal 01/04/2024 at 8:32pm????????????

If I could, I would’ve given them zero stars in the service department . I went through the drive through and told the lady I wanted a 6 piece chicken meal. I told her my drink, and she told me the meal did not come with a drink so When I got up to the window, The lady was sucking on a lollipop, and she took my card did not tell me how much the mail would be, she never gave me the receipt I went home and noticed it was $37.44. So within five minutes I went right back went in explained the situation and the fat supervisor was there and he told me he is not going to take the food and refund me. He told me it was my loss. This place was very unprofessional, and I don’t know where in a fast food restaurant, they allow people to be sucking on lollipops While serving people.

Did a compare of Popeyes and KFC. This KFC has a drive through which is very convenient. We also got a free pepsi with our order. The service was very quick. Although we got extra crispy, the skin was not as crispy as regular Popeye's skin. The skin did have great seasoning but the chicken itself was very dry and not great for some pieces.

Didn't check order before delivering 1/2 the order was missing went to call and no answering the phone and no voice mailbox set up. I paid for a full correct order to be delivered plus a $18 tip I NEVER AUTHORIZED AND my order for food and delivery was over $100 and you can't contact anyone about your order . Call delivery person no voice mailbox and not answering the phone. You call the KFC Restaurant to address the issues and phone RANG for a good 15 /20 minutes without anyone answering the phone and then picks up the phone and just hangs up. This went on for over an hour, I then had called the KFC CORPORATE OFFICE and they too didn't seem to care that I was forced to eat just greasy chicken without any of my sides. They didn't seem to care that nobody at the KFC RESTAURANT ON CAMBRIDGE ST IN WOUBURN MASSACHUSETTS WOULD ANSWER THE PHONE AND RIDLEY JUST HANG UP AFTER SITTING LISTENING TO IT RING FOR A GOOD 15 TO 20 MINUTES TO JUST HANG UP ON YOU. THE EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. AND ALL THE CORPORATE OFFICE SAID WAS WE WILL REFUND YOU FOR THE SIDES IN 10 TO 15 DAYS AND ID RECEIVE AN EMAIL WHEN THE REFUND IS AUTHORIZED.
