I always buy a K9 meal from this place on a daily basis. I keep letting the staff know that the chicken was RAW. I’ve never asked for a refund or compensation. I guess they just don’t take customers seriously. Just bought my last KFC meal 01/04/2024 at 8:32pm????????????
If I could, I would’ve given them zero stars in the service department . I went through the drive through and told the lady I wanted a 6 piece chicken meal. I told her my drink, and she told me the meal did not come with a drink so When I got up to the window, The lady was sucking on a lollipop, and she took my card did not tell me how much the mail would be, she never gave me the receipt I went home and noticed it was $37.44.
