They didn’t want to charge us in the cashier, and they kept giving everyone else food, and the one Named Esteban was just looking at us and didn’t want to give sauce, the fries smell like burn oil, and the service is so bad. Esteban if you see this, if you don’t want to work just quit.

Food is most of the time wrong Ordered last night and got 2 cold snack wraps Staff is not friendly and overall pretty lazy
The employees are fantastic given how short staffed this location obviously is. The drive thru is manned by a single person juggling orders, payment and handing out orders by themselves. That causes the line to be backed up almost all of the time.
I’m sure the employees get verbally abused by impatient drivers for something that is no fault of their own. I always leave feeling so badly but impressed by their ability to juggle everything at once.
Big shoutout to the young gentleman working the drive through tonight around 11pm ALONE. He was SO sweet and polite even though he was running the entire show by himself. RUN out of there!! SHAME on the franchise owner. If you can’t fill the staff appropriately, then you have no business running a high volume location!!

Overall, I’ve had a really good experience at this McDonald’s. The food is usually fresh, the fries come out hot most of the time, and my order is made correctly. The employees are generally polite and work hard, even during busy rush times. The dining area has been clean when I’ve visited, and the drive-thru moves at a decent pace. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because sometimes the wait can get a little long, especially during peak hours. But honestly, that’s expected anywhere when things get busy. I appreciate the consistency and the effort from the staff. It’s become a reliable spot for a quick meal with the kids, and we’ll continue coming back. 🍟😊
