Pho 1 has changed a lot and I’ve been going there for years. Last night I ordered the beef soup for take out and when I got home and opened it the meat was like shredded and not the same consistency that had been in the past. These are hard times for all of us and giving customers scraps is no acceptable. I will go again later in the year and see if they have improved.
Foods are delicious ! But the service is poor at the weekend when there has a girl with color pony tail , shes around 5'3 , sometimes she wore shorts at the restaurant . This girl always give customers a mean face and never smile . More than 2 times I asked about the foods , she raised her voice in rude way . Not good. It used to be wonderful but I don't know what happened. Service wasn't good and food was worse. Not going back.
