Saturday was not a good night at Polcari's. Our poor server kept apologizing for the long wait. It took 40 minutes to get our eggplant appetizer. We had a 6:00 reservation and did not get our meals til 7:20. The server said they had too many take out orders. I'm not in the restaurant biz but I would think the kitchen would coordinate with management and tell the takeout orders they'll be an hour vs the people sitting in the restaurant waiting. An elderly couple came in well after us and the server had to tell them it's an hour for food. That should be the job of the person seating the couple. They would have left had they known earlier. A kind diner offered her garlic bread and spoke to the front desk about it. Poor management and coordination all around. My daughter's meal came out wrong and my lasagna was cold on the bottom.
To start the server was not really a server she was a pawn hi what would you like are you ready I had a problem she really did know how to address it after a few a manager came to the table and saw what really was a problem asked me if they could cook some thing else I said no because what I started to eat made me sick so had had coffee and desert the server still in her other world not at Polcaries she she back and said done ready for check we had to say we want desert and coffee ok again came back and you ready for check The manager was very nice he removed my meal off check as far as lunch specials little on the high side what I ordered was chcken parm it was $17 deserts were $8 total for 2 deserts one meal Coffee came to $60 And they don't even serve rolls in an at italian restaurant I might go back
Xavier, did a great job taking care of us! Great portions, great food, our go to place for pizza!
The food was amazing, We ordered pasta and pizza and both were fantastic. The service was great. The staff was able to handle a busy dining room with ease. I highly recommend eating here. I cant wait to go back.
Not what it used to be. It's certainly a Place for big parties/families Has an interesting vibe that is old school and maybe feels familiar. But the lack of attentive service was a let down. Didn't get enough water throughout the night. Had to wait till end of meal. Calzone dough was under cooked Mozzarella triangles lacked the flavor they used to have. Overall not worth it. Prices don't match the quality.
The food and service were terrific. We were surprised how slow food was coming out of the kitchen.
Horrible customer service! Person on the phone was unwilling to help or find a solution after I waited over an hour for the food and it was never received. Again, very poor customer service and the person on the phone was very unprofessional
Order food and wait 50+ minutes, when you call to complain the manager is super condescending and then tells you to “shut up bud” and hangs up. Absolutely pitiful.

Ordered chicken parm pasta and received chicken parm pizza. Called. Excuses. Mozzarella triangles - no cheese and dried up and burned. Mushrooms on pepperoni mushroom pizza were wayyyyyyy past edible. Tasted like rancid oil. Pizza dough was at least several days old and smelled musty. $75 and we *literally* threw up. I’ve had good experiences at the other Polcari’s. And never any issues at Regina. This location is disgusting. This is the first negative review of my life. So I take this seriously. Go anywhere on the planet other than this location, and save yourself the trouble of paying for food poisoning. Would obviously leave ZERO if possible.
Love Polcari's the pizza is the best though that's actually Regina lol but you get it there anyway. The chicken parm gets is amazing though.

Quality of the pizza has fallen greatly somehow, odd cause that's one of this places main staples...

Closing Night Manager who worked on 9/4/25 should be fired for the way he treats customers!

Great food but need to find better staff, One manager in particular last night 9/4/25 should be fired for the way he treated this young man who only asked about a 20 dollar credit. The manager came out very rudely, sarcastic, vulgar, intimidating and treated the man like he did something wrong it was absolutely appalling!. The young man stood up for himself and I was proud of him for doing so but I will never return here again because of that manager.
