Easily the worst pizza I’ve had. Toppings were tasteless somehow, ricotta burnt. Looks like I changed a transmission after two slices from how burnt the bottom was. I only give it 3 stars because I could tell it was pizza, and not a spare tire from the back of a Lincoln town car. Even the regular cheese pie was terrible, awful smell as well as soon as you walk in the door from all the pizza they burnt. Kitchen forgot hot honey until the host reminded them. Just sad for a pizza...

I have eaten from Sally's a few times and I must say the pizza is truly fantastic. I have grew up eating from the New Haven location, and was excited they were opening up here. The reason for the mid review, and poor service stars is actually due to the take out service.

Their take out service is very poorly run and the primary reason we don't get food from them anymore. The last two times we ordered pizzas (one via online ordering, one via phone ordering)...

Catering Party @ Sally’s Apizza Fairfield On Saturday September 13, 2025, we celebrated our 50th Wedding Anniversary. The food, service and staff were phenomenal.
