Went there tonight for the first time. Great ambience and great location. We have gone to many of the other Locations and have always had a great experience. We were greeted by the general manager tonight who was so pleasant, but our night went downhill from there. Our waiter did not approach our table for at least 15-20 minutes only to give us water and did not take a drink order. I had my seven year old with me who was thirsty and hungry.
