I would give shredded lettuce zero stars if I could. Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru and then threw out the food after one bite. Go to the McDonald's across the street. At least there you'll get edible food with reasonable service times.

We showed up at 7:15 am and successfully ordered through the A.I. screen and then we pulled up to the window and they say they don’t open for another 10 minutes and ask if we can wait, so we wait…for another 20 minutes!! Meanwhile, online it says they open at 7:00 am, not to mention both of the sodas they gave us were flat. We watched several people pull up and attempt to order food and either had to wait as well or they just left. One man was a door dash delivery guy and the door was locked!

I honestly don’t even know why I still go to this place. Every time I come here it’s a new kind of humiliation. The staff don’t even bother looking at your face, they’re rude and totally disorganized. On top of that, there’s this nasty sewer mixed with grease right at the entrance that smells awful. They did some renovations recently, but it didn’t help at all. Just a reminder to the owners — there’s a McDonald’s just a few feet away. Keep treating customers like this and you’ll be shutting down soon.

Food taste good first off. No issues with taste. Complaints are the vibe of the workers is dreadful and miserable which I understand but at least act somewhat pleasant.

Second, there are always tons of flies in there. Put up a fly trap.

Third and lastly, they never give extra lettuce or tomato when ordered on the app. It’s always the same. One of each.

I ordered a large Big bacon burger combo. They gave me the fries less than half full. The soda was watery and tasted terrible. My burger didn't have any bacon on it. Waste of money.

Not a fan of the automated ordering, I wasn't able to make any condiment changes to my burger. I ended up just pulling up to the window to order from a human.
Not sure where the issue happened between ordering my food and picking it up 30 feet away but it was easily corrected.

Food was really good

One suggestion: keep a real person taking orders, the automation isn't quite there yet. I almost just left out of frustration

1 They have 1 mouse in their restaurant. 2 bathrooms are in clean and had fecies and piss that have not been cleaned up.
