After waiting for 15 minutes for my turn, when it was finally my turn, the lady in the register mentioned, "The computer is not working. "... Nothing more, mute. You may think that either do the math on paper or give everyone in the car line free fries... or something... for the burden of waiting. Terrible customer service. Left empty handed.

I read many negative reviews of this location, and I'm puzzled. I live within a mile of it, and although I don't frequent it as often as some family members, I have never had a bad experience. Neither have my relatives. The people working there are efficient and helpful, whether at drive thru or inside, always polite and diligent.

I like the Wendy’s here, but I would much prefer a couple of other places. The food is good, but the taste isn’t the best. There isn’t much for seating.
Parking: There is plenty of room to park in the parking lot. There is more room in the parking lot then there are seats in the building, so there should be absolutely no problem parking even when it is busy.
Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is close to the ground and doesn’t really have any parts that require stairs. Because everything is flat, it is easy for disabled people to access the restaurant.
I’m only going to comment on the customer service at this store since I don’t eat their food, but have observed how they treat my family when they order. In a word *rude*. There is barely a greeting or acknowledgement that you are another human being. It’s just awful. Our most recent experience was the worst. There needs to be a complete rethink of the staffing attitude and approach to customer service. I know it can be a shitty job but it doesn’t have to be worse for everyone. Here’s a specific idea - if you don’t have one of your menu items, just mention it during the ordering process, it happens. Don’t just substitute a baked potato with fries and then tell the customer “it’s all potato”. Anyway, it’s a drive thru but I’d make it a drive by if my wife and kids didn’t like the food (not the service).

For those of us that are allergic to Bell peppers, Paprika, and Cayenne Pepper there is precious little to choose from.

As usual it was crazy crowded. But everyone at this particular Wendy's handle 'rushes" like nobody's business!! Not one loses their smile and good mood... No matter what! I HIGHLY recommend this site to all who enjoy a great burger. Its better than any other Wendy's that I've been to. Everything is always hot and fresh!!!!!

When you buy sauce chicken nuggets, shouldn't you get some sauce with it? I have never been SO disappointed in a Wendy's meal in my life. I WILL NOT go to the Wendy's in Stoneham on Montvale Ave again!

Had delivery with (5) items. 5 orders of 6 chicken nuggets. 5 x 6 used to equal 30. Had 29. Bag that had food in it and was delivered was not stapled closed. Hmm did Wendy’s count wrong or did the dasher driver that had a 2 minute drive to my house have 1 while I waited 15 minutes for my order?
