Two of us stopped in to grab a bite to eat, we ordered 2 specials waited 25 minutes after watching customers come and go we finally asked what's up with our order, we were told need to make it again so waited 25 minutes for nothing, we couldn't wait another 25 minutes, bad attitudes it's a shame, such a nice busy place
This place has the best sandwiches, that being said I really wish they’d pick up the phone. I work in pizza and we don’t let the phone ring more than 3 times before picking it up. I understand that a kitchen gets busy, but the least you can do is put us on hold and continue what you were doing. Food is great tho! Wish we could order it…
I was in Worcester over the weekend, so that meant a stop into the B'N P. A couple Italians to go -- awesome, delicious, and worth every penny. No one makes a sandwich better than the B'N P. Rest assured, I'll be back again an again.
