Today agust 8 2025 i came into cafe neo to do karaoke since the place was empty the owner ask me what can he help me with if i he can serve me a drink since i said i dont drink he said well this is a bar n i pay every time some one sings for this program we used so he basically kick me out its sad how this club owner think it was okay to do that i feel like he discriminate me cause i dont drink

Best random stop today traveling, ironically enough after our company conference where we focused on providing #unreasonablehospitality ! Our barista was great and demonstrated passion for the product, excellent recommendations and overall joy in what he was doing, leaving us with a smile after a long week!

Rude customer service. Asked for something to be blended (as it says on their ordering website that it can be) and was told it wasn’t really an option, they could blend the ice. Card payment didn’t go through twice even though we had just used it for gas at adjoining gas station and plenty of money on card. Walked out and will not return.

I will say that the drinks are strong, so if you like drinking and being threatened, definitely stop here! Thumbs up emoji.

awful experience. if you value your money, drink somewhere else, the bouncer and bartender were very disrespectful and nasty. the bar was clearly overwhelmed and couldn’t handle anything that was going on in the place. drinks were crazy overpriced for pretty light alcohol. the wait to even get a drink was absurd. having 3 people behind the bar but only one person making drinks for 20+ people is comically ridiculous. i was also overcharged for a drink i did not get. my friend was as well. they rob customers blind and make profit kicking them out !!!!
TLDR: please spend your money at another place. you’d be better off having a better time over on the next street at femme or any other bar in town. drinks are overpriced and staff was disgusting.

Had a private party, people said the food was delicious. DJ (Sergio) was awesome- friendly, energetic, it felt like he was one of the guests! Mixed drinks were great as always. Very friendly and easy to work with.
