Friends and I enjoyed 3 beers each (a total of 12 drinks) over a few hours of karaoke. We were charged almost $200 for 28 drinks for a group of four. The bartender was rude and aggressive. The bill just said the total and didn’t list any items, so naturally I asked to see an itemized bill. He went to the computer and made one on the spot for a completely different total. He really expected me to believe that he had served a group of four people 30 drinks in two hours?! I asked to put the charge on my credit card instead of the card I had used for the tab and he charged me TWICE. He then came from behind the bar to further confront me and insist that he was right even though I had paid the bill and was just trying to leave. They are also running a scam where the bouncer threatens that you will be towed if you park in the PUBLIC FREE lot across the street unless you pay him $5.

This was my third time attending this bar and every time I’ve come I’ve watched the bald bartender and owner kick girls out…. Im seeing so many other reviews of women having the same problem, these big men man-handing women and getting a power trip from throwing them out. I will never come here again after what I continue to witness.

The bald bar tender was very rude and gave racist vibes. Went to get drinks with a friend and it was the first time I've ever been to a bar and received the check immediately after getting WATER, as if my friend and I weren't planning on staying a while. Felt like I was being rushed out. Ordered more drinks because we were again, staying a while to enjoy the space. Ordered a passion fruit and mango margarita. He made a watermelon instead of mango. when I let him know he made a mistake, he tried to convince me that I was wrong. He then refused to remake my drink and told me I had to pay for the watermelon drink when that wasn't what I asked for. When I told him I was not paying for a drink I didn't ask for, I was asked to leave. I did not make a scene, my company and I left like we were told. This whole experience made me feel like I was not welcomed from the beginning because ANYWHERE ELSE would have just remade my drink. Safe to say I will not be going there ever again.

We do karaoke night here occasionally with friends. Great spot to meet up and have some fun. Always a great mashup of people. Drinks are fantastic. The owner has a dedicated customer base for good reason.

Bar tenders are incredibly rude and have a lot of difficulty with basic requests. They are especially rude to women.
Especially the older bald bar tender. Talked to other customers after my experience and they said it was normal here.

Today agust 8 2025 i came into cafe neo to do karaoke since the place was empty the owner ask me what can he help me with if i he can serve me a drink since i said i dont drink he said well this is a bar n i pay every time some one sings for this program we used so he basically kick me out its sad how this club owner think it was okay to do that i feel like he discriminate me cause i dont drink
