The bartender, Matt, is skilled at crafting custom cocktails to match each customer's taste, and some of his creations have been added to the menu. Customers have praised the delicious cocktails, particularly the "Italian vacay drink," which is described as the best drink they've ever had - not too strong but with a little kick.
