Made a purchase today...cardamom rolls and tea ring. Used to love them! The flavor always reminded me of my Nana's Swedish coffee bread. Extremely dissatisfied with the product! Cardamom flavor is undetectable! I know this is an expensive spice but you are a Swedish bakery. The tea ring was not fresh either. It was dried out and flavorless! I will make my own from now on! Not worth the cost or effort to go there.

Ordered 2 over med., crispy bacon, home fries and toast - waited approx. 12-14 minutes (only 6 seated at tables when I entered) - order came with home fries that were aged to tasteless, only 2 strips of bacon, eggs were done fine. Cook was younger gentlemen. One of two waitress was too busy talking to friends to see I needed more coffee. 4 days previous I came for same and home fries were done fresh and fine with 3 strips of bacon. Extra coffee without asking. Cook was older gentlemen. Better places around than this spot, better consistent breakfast.

Ordered a cake for my daughter's graduation. We spent about a half hour explaining exactly how we wanted the cake decorated, using pictures. They asked what colors we wanted the script to be, and what colors and types of flowers we wanted on the cake. When we went to pick up the cake today (65 dollars later) they did NOTHING that I had asked for. The decorations were skimpy with a few flowers on each corner of the cake, (we wanted the whole cake decorated with flowers). The script was the wrong color and done messily. The frosting on the top of the cake was cracked. VERY disappointed.

Have stopped for breakfast several times now and always pleased. Everything is cooked to perfection. No burnt homefries. No raw bacon. Eggs nice and fluffy. Swedish rye toast is the best.
I know this place has had some bad reviews, but I've been going here every few weeks and I have seen so much growth and improvement. The owner Ed checks on the customers, asks for feedback and works hard to ensure customer satisfaction.

Service was slow but waitress was friendly. Breakfast order took more than an hour to prepare. We asked for crispy bacon but it was greasy and limp. Asked again but results came back the same. My wife had a waffle and it was soggy and heavy. The coffee was good but you had to chase the waitress for refills. The cleanliness level is marginal. My wife's silverware was dirty while mine was about what one would expect for a diner. The floors could use a good washing while the tables were somewhat better. We won't be rushing back.

Wonderful local bakery! They carry all the usual items (cookies, cinnamon rolls, etc) but also make the most amazing Scandinavian pastry, too - princesstorta, cardamom buns, semlor and more! The food is delicious, priced very reasonably and service is fabulous. They are professional, courteous and friendly. They will do custom orders, too! For a smaller bakery they have some good gluten free options - it's not always clear in the display case so be sure to ask. Love them!
