The girl at the cash register. Took my order. Instead of making me my coffee. She decided it was a good time to start counting her tips. This happened at 8:00 am. So it was not like she was cashing out to go home. As she counted her change. She told me she'll make my coffee in just a minute. I waited over 5 minutes. I was like you got to be kidding me. These young kids nowadays. She's been working there long time. You would think she would know better. The sad thing about it was I left her a dollar tip. I so much wanted to ask for it back.

Let's break this down on this Dunkin for starters this Dunkin Donuts the atmosphere was pretty good it was not crowded but the person who attend me in the front wasn't that really polite it was more attending their cell phone then taking my order at the same time was a little bit off because soon as it was done taking my and my wife and my dad's order it was more important to run to their cell phone and go on the side but I cannot say enough about the other person who was really on top of my order was ready on top of helping me and every detail of my order and on top of that everything was nice and fresh and it was nice and hot I cannot complain about her she was very polite and very well opening at the same time the place was very clean very organized and like I said in the beginning it wasn't crowded but I do recommend and hopefully you will find a better chance of bumping into somebody we're better friendly atmosphere and will help you feel much better than what I went through

Lady at the drive thru was very rude when I tried to clarify my drink and kept telling me she wouldn’t make what I would not want and to not look at the screen and kept talking rudely when I only asked one question. She had the worst attitude in the morning and I used to go to this dunkin regularly but not anymore now. If you can’t be nice to customers at the drive thru and keep your comments to yourself, then don’t work there.

I'll tell you I've been going there for several years and they re-did it. It's very clean and spacious, donuts were fresh which is a big thing for me.Kid-friendliness: Worker's were very nice to a child that a mother brang in there while I was thereWheelchair accessibility: Access is granted on all entrance and exit's even in the restroom

Team member at window was completely lost when I pulled up. A male took my order but never rung it in. I wait longer to get it ring up and pay and food made. I pull off to find my food was made incorrectly, pulled back up to the drive thru to find that not one car is moving cause they intend to take one order at a time. Many cars pull off so I call to find that music is blasting as if we are having a party while others are trying to give you business. I’m not sure if it’s just a one off and because it’s Sunday and a holiday weekend and all managers and top employees want and deserve time off but seriously this was an absolute joke. Why leave your establishment under the care of unprofessional and immature individuals. Extremely disappointing and just sad. My toddler says thanks for the half cooked hash browns by the way.

I went to Dunkin Donuts on Shrewsbury St in Worcester & there was a lady training.I asked about purchasing a Gift Card - it took 23 minutes!!!I sympathetic because at one time I was new but that's quite a wait & she scanned my cellphone but she couldn't get it to register so I paid out of pocket & I didn't receive points for purchasing at Dunkin's!!!VERY disappointed ?

The order accuracy, over the years I've been coming to this dunkins is 60% at best. The Cold brew is always burnt, since they just top off the old with the new.

Ordered my food sourdough sandwich. Got to work and mold on my bread when i opened it up completely it was through the whole slice of bread. The person who made my sandwich there is no way they didn’t see the mold on the bread yet still served it to me. So disappointed now i am stuck in the office 9 to 5 with no breakfast ? my morning all thrown off.

I went inside to order my coffee and food and the lady at the counter her name was Rachelle , she was very rude she made my coffees wrong she was playing with her hair before she made my food and did not wash her hands .. she has a very disrespectful mouth I want to know how you can hire someone that has very poor customer service and very bad hygiene as in washing her hands or wearing gloves I don't think anyone should go back to this dunking donuts this is the worse experience someone could possibly have she was licking her fingers and eating food while taking orders .. very disappointed...

Something about Shrewsbury Dunkins I don't know, but their Donuts are always fresh. The chocolate frosted are amazing. They never get an order wrong. I literally go our the way just to go to that dunkin.
