I love this place the only problem is that if you want cream they give you milk and your coffee looks black like they never put anything in we have to tell them we asked for cream not milk otherwise the coffee is great we go most every day
Coffee was bland. Not like i usually get my coffee in Chicopee Massachusetts
The service is terrible. It can easily take you 5 minutes for a cup of coffee. No staff, only one girl is on duty every morning. And she is slow. The customers care is very poor. Something needs to be done. One lady who seems to be the manager is no better than the girl.
