This Dunkin Donuts. It's pretty good. The only thing I do not like is the watery coffee but everything else it's amazing, especially one worker. He is amazing. His name is Carlos and very awesome person and he always will be honest with the customer. Love everything they sell here because it's nice and fresh

I visited at this Dunkin’ location recently and had a disappointing experience. The employee preparing my sandwich took 4-5 minutes, and unfortunately, it was very oily and poorly made. Additionally, her hair was not tied back, which I found unprofessional and concerning for food service standards. I hope improvements can be made in both food preparation and employee presentation.

Went here on Sunday and they have a woman working there Magda who was visibly under the influence of something. This is the second time she screwed up my order. I dread seeing her there when I come to order. Last time I ordered coffee she screwed up and didn’t even offer to replace it. I left the drink on the counter and walked out…..2nd time overcharged for what she said was going to be cheaper while nodding off and taking forever to make and gather order. Hector and the other man wonderful employees give them a raise!!! They deserve it!!

I came in due to the mistake on a delivery order and was immediately met with a kind response. I was immediately told that it would be replaced. If you go to this dunkin, go in the evening the staff on this shift are extremely respectful. The morning shift can be a bit chaotic due to multiple staff speak very little English. It can get very busy due to multiple schools and hospitals being in the immediate area. But I would still recommend 10/10!
