This place used to be my first choice of pho place before. Their soup is very good, but I think they use too much MSG or salt. Unlikely other places, it always makes me thirsty after 30 min.
As authentic as it can be.. Some places have very salty pho broth, but this place is not too salty. Unfortunately, the medium size bowl portion was not enough for me. I guess I gotta get a large size pho bowl next time. I get full with regular /medium pho in other places but not here. Even my friend's tiny teenage girl was hungry after finishing her medium size pho.
