Okay so I want to preface that the people that work here are so sweet but this isn’t really something I can pass by. I ordered a coffee from here today and it showed up with a literal bug in it. I was pouring it into my owala and thank god I saw it before consuming the beverage. The times I have gone inside the donuts have been covered by flies. If you make drinks for people you really need to be checking them as if the bug is carrying anything can make someone extremely ill. To add the bug was literally moving in my coffee. Please do better for the sake of people’s health, I won’t be coming here again. Thanks

monday morning 1/13 two girls need serious customer service training. food cooker messed up entire order, then both girls were b words when we went to have it fixed. i’ll be driving the extra distance to Dippin donuts now.

I love being a regular here. The morning staff are the literal best. Brandy is a love who knows her regulars by their orders at a drive thru with no camera. They literally brighten my day with the calls of “good morning, love!” They are efficient and the food is always good (waffle breakfast sandwich no syrup is the bomb). Coffee is also phenomenal, made with the older style drip coffee pots and man, it NEVER misses. Brandy and the morning team are the best.

First off I wanna say I went in the afternoon not the morning so it may be different staff. The person who served me was very friendly was very prompt in taking care of things make sure there was plenty of cream cheese on the bagel and the coffee was made exactly to my liking. I had a great experience visiting the shop in the afternoon.

I love the iced mocha here. Sandwiches are delicious, and donuts taste much fresher than the other big chain.
Looking at all the previous reviews I definitely do not feel bad for leaving mine, so not only do you have to wait for them to be finishing their Ciggy as at eight in the morning to get a cup of coffee. Apparently there’s a lunch break ciggy and I d wee we well that you have to wait for your coffee for to be done and the big one is so miserable has no customer service skills whatsoever. I don’t know why honeydew continues to allow these people to workar their stores.
