I think it's because the owner changed, and it's not the same. The pizza dough isn't fresh; when you bite into it, it feels dry, too oily, and too thin. For the size I ordered (small), the price is way too high. A small pizza and a 20oz soda cost $15. The preparation time and service were good, but they need to improve their food. It used to be my favorite place for pizza and calzones.

The service is okay, but the manager is rude. Also I ordered a chicken wings and fries. They gave me chicken fingers. No big deal. I brought it to them and they made the wings, but the fries were cold. Do better.

I highly recommend a chicken teriyaki sub/wrap it's not on the menu but they will make it for you anyway. It was great. The service is always top notch. The only issue I have ever had with them was resolved immediately and politely. The seafood in the seafood sub could use some work though it's very watered down (doesn't have enough seafood in mixture, too much sauce/mayo whatever it is they use to mix the seafood) Other than that they wonderful there. Definitely becoming a staple on my favorite pizza/sub places.
