We ordered sandwiches. They got one sandwich wrong. The second sandwich didn’t have everything we wanted on it. The sandwich was smaller than your normal grinder. When I called them back, they made the right sandwich, and we had to wait for them to deliver the second sandwich.

This food and there service are equally horrible I bought a sausage sub it comes with marinara sauce and provolone .when I got the sausage sub the sausage is pre cut pieces and the sausage was cold. The cheese was barely even melted. They seem like they don’t want to work here they are there because they have to and doesn’t not really care about the quality of their food. If you want to give your money to someone for free come here

Ordered lunch today for the office and the chicken salads came with raw chicken (salmonella), the veggie sub that I asked for pickles on the side came with just pickles and green peppers no other veggies. Tuna sandwiches barely had any tuna on them and the cheese didn't even melt it was the orange cheese that they used to give to people on government assistance. We will not be back. The quality is poor, the customer service is just as poor.
This place don't accept cash only wants credit card that's sketchy in my opinion and that something that should be said when placing an order so that way I don't sit here and order everything and then you finally told me that you don't accept cash..

This was my second time coming here ... I had to bring my food back the shrimp wasn't fully cooked ... My chicken chicken broccoli Alfredo was cold!!! Second and last time I will come here

No good customer service order over the phone get there 15- 20 after the call make you wait additional 20 min because they never started your order poor phone service skills because they don't speak English and immediately mess up your order food never prepared the way you asked so I give them 1 star not a place to goto as a first or second choice order will not be what you ask3d for

This place is horrible! The new owners are not up to par compared to the other guy. The menu is misleading they are very stingy with portions. We ordered a burger and a wings dinner platter. The wings were supposed to be tossed in bbq sauce but it looked like they just squeezed a dollop of it on each wing, the fries they gave maybe 13 fries it was sad looking. The burger was supposed to come with fries it didn’t. And it was dry as hell. I also ordered a side which I never got. This place is just a waste of time and money. The food isn’t even worth the prices they charge. I called them back after I got my delivery because they missed my fires and side, told me they were gonna send it and never did! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY
Edit: I got a call back from the owner today and he offered to make me a whole new order for free! So I have to say that they really do try to make their customers happy and I appreciate the effort and for that I will say at least give them a second chance. This time the food was not bad so I will consider ordering from them again in the future.
