Yes, I am giving THIS McDonalds location five stars. Yes, I know that is crazy. Yes, compared to my other reviews of local businesses this doesn’t make any sense.
But this is consistently the best managed McDonald’s in Worcester. They never mess up my order, the food is actually hot and edible.
I know it’s a low bar to eat halfway edible McDonald’s but this place well exceeds my expectations every time.

Worst part: The McDonald's app has no way to contact customer service, so customers need to return to the location they ordered their food from and speak with someone. I won't be able to do that for this because I ordered it at 12 am, picked up after waiting 20 minutes in the drive-thru and only saw it once I got home. Terrible...
