10 out of 10, best subs in Worcester! Especially the Calebrese. The deli meat and bread are so fresh and absolutely delicious. I always get baklava as well and it's easily some of the best I've had. I definitely recommend this place ?

The food is still good. The friendly atmosphere of the old owners of the bakery is gone!!! Very tough crowd! Staff and the people who hang around filling the ashtrays with cigarette butts. No smiles or a warm greeting when eating inside and outside. Little to intimidating for me. Good Luck folks and try greeting people with a smile and a warm greeting. It Goes a long way!!!

I come from Canada and asked around where the best place for a sandwich is and they told me to go to Palma’s. When I went there, everything was great. The food and pastry was amazing and the workers were really nice. Highly recommend!!!

Terrible!!! They were a little busy so I waited very politely for someone to take my order. As soon as I started telling the lady what I wanted she walked away and didn't return for 7 minutes. When she did return I was ignored. I left with no food. My first time and last time going here. -20 stars for service.

Update, three years have now passed and these are still the best cannolis I've ever had, just bought another dozen yesterday.
I love love love thier Turkey Bacon with everything on it. That is like the only thing I can say I really love from there. I'm pregnant so with the listeria outbreak I was nervous to get that so I decided to get a tuna melt....and to be honest I didn't expect it to be what it was..so ill stick to what i love from there...overall the customer service is amazing and I love their homemade baked bread...it's amazingly good?

IIIIII love this place. Every time I’ve been, I’ve gotten a sandwich from the deli, pastries from the pastry case, coffee from the cafe and some kind of Italian good from the shelves. The sandwiches are always insanely good, my personal favorite being the classic Italian, with its quality ingredients and freshly made bread that I literally crave for every meal in the days following its consumption. But surely you cannot go wrong with anything off the menu. They fill their cannolis as you order and their sfogliatella is fantastic, again as I’m sure is true for everything else. Coffee is delicious and fresh and always exactly what I’m needing. Every day I am so ridiculously happy I found this place for myself, and for everyone I know that will listen to my recommendations.

We managed to get not one but two stops in to this super authentic Italian bakery. They had an olive bar, some baked goods as well as other perishables such as pasta and sauces! What we came back for was the Italiano sub which had the most delicious bread and super crunch lettuce which I would say is the differentiating factor from all the other subs I’ve had. On that note for my preferences as an omnivore I appreciated the meat, cheese bread ratio.
