I have ordered from this papa genos probably like over 200 times, weird actually thinking about the math because wow thats a lot of breadsticks. But there has always been great service, the only time they ever got my order wrong, the manager comped it. The rewards at this place are insanely good to where you're getting 5$ off probably every 3 visits, and you get coupons every time you go. I never have to wait more than a couple minutes if I order online and get there on time,...
I called and stated, the pizza from here is amazing when it is fresh. I don't want reheated slices. I was told the pizza just came out I didn't believe him. When I got my food the pizza was hot and fresh. There is nothing like papa ginos pizza with a cold mountain dew and the kindness and customer service just knocks it out the park!
This location is awesome! I called last minute to order a large quantity of pizzas for a high school soccer team playing in the area. The staff was extremely accommodating and met my timing needs. They packed plenty of plates, napkins, etc. without me having to ask. Thank you Papa Gino’s!
