Their pizzas are great. They do the best banana pepper and pineapple pizza (they take the time to cut up the pineapple in little pieces rather than throwing big chunks on the pizza). I ordered a pizza and it took an extra few minutes to prepare than they said and they offered me a free drink. That was very kind. I was not expecting anything. Nice place run by nice people.

While I don't generally believe in writing poor reviews this particular situation deserves just that. I had entered an online order for a dinner to be picked up at a specific time. When I arrived to request my order I was told that it had not been received. I offered to provide the confirmation email I had received confirming my order and it was suggested that I must have ordered from another store. When I showed the email to indicate that I had indeed ordered from this establishment I was greeted with shrugged shoulders. There was no offer to prepare the order. No apologies for a mixup or for my inconvenience. No offer to refund the cost which I paid online and has been deducted from my bank account. I must say this is a revolting display of customer service in a time when I know restaurants are struggling but to take my money for no services is an outright cheat. I am not a fussy person when it comes to service and often roll with the punches but not having received any recompense is just wrong. Do not patronize this establishment.

Ordered 2 specialty pizzas (both with chicken), mentioned special offer advertised on their website - free cheese pizza for orders $30+. Only 2 speciality pizzas arrived, no cheese pizza - when questioned, she told me manager told her to remove this offer because it’s only for the pick up. It clearly states “pick up or delivery” on their website and yet manager modified my order without me even knowing. If only they’d called me, I would gladly pay for that cheese pizza on top of the order, no problem, and my vegetarian friend, who was visiting at the time, would not miss on it. Very unprofessional.
When you walk up to the counter to pick up your food the workers in restaurant stare at you for over 5 minutes before they ask you how can they help you.

I ordered food online but there was nowhere to specify delivery instructions. I work as a nurse at a facility where I care for suspected COVID patients therefore I cannot leave + no one can come in. I called + asked to have the delivery driver call me so they could drop it off outside of the door where I am. They never called + delivered it to the wrong door. I couldn't get my food because I can't leave where I am + they can't bring it to me because they cannot leave the desk at the front. I ordered both lunch + dinner because I am working a double + now have no idea how I'll get my food.
