I’ve had issues with DoorDash delivery from this location multiple times. Yesterday I ordered, and it was delivered to the wrong address. Yet somehow the DoorDash person stated that he verified that it was handed to me, which was not the case. I was very upset with this transaction. The only reason why I got the food that I ordered was because my neighbors are honest and made sure that I got the food that I ordered, which was actually delivered to them and not me. I have ordered From this location for the last time. I’ve had many issues with delivery from this location, and I will not deal with it any further.

I had a stuffed crust pizza that Was craving for the past 10 years and it was such a disappointment. It was so mushy. It honestly wasn’t even cooked all the way or crusted at all .gonna be honest the staff was nicer than the food. I don’t like Papa Gino’s and I honestly wish I went there over Pizza Hut. There pizza is so thin and perfect and crusty and cooked and baked and the sauce is PERFECT. Pizza Hut pizza was so disappointing they made papa Gino’s pizza look good! like my mouth was watering for that nice bite of pizza and it was so soft Pizza Hut’s Pizza literally was hanging off my hand and down my wrist when I took the first bite It was so to mushy and cheesy. It would’ve been better if the pizza was actually cooked…..and baked? Who doesn’t bake a pizza? LOL and for 25$$$ what a rip off! I’ll never go here again

For one they are not the same. the sauce is bland no flavor on any of the toppings the crust actually scrapped my mouth as I bit it I was disappointed. as well as sad to see how the pizza chain went from spectacular to never again what happened pizza hut bring back your old school flavors texture.

I ask for half chicken baked ranch and half bbq chicken ,what do they give me hill billy sausage and red sauce and chicken bacon and onions man what the freak.

I ordered the melt box with meat lover & honey bbq tenders. It was delicious with great flavor and crunch. I was suprised with how good it was, and I would recommed getting on a day where its not too busy to get your order fresh.

Buying food at Pizza Hut is ridiculously expensive! Their company makes more than enough money every year to adjust prices to be competitive with other places that have the same quality food! For example, Domino's offers a medium two topping pizza for $7.99 each when you buy two or more qualifying items (Which is almost everything on their menu). A medium two topping pizza at Pizza Hut costs approximately $18.57! That's a difference of $10.58! That's more than enough money to buy a second medium, two topping pizza or something else on the menu. Their prices are absolutely ridiculous! When I get their food delivered, it's always just barely warm enough to eat. Their customer service is n't that great. Either. More people need to complain about this issue so that hopefully we can get a resolution!
