If I would have known the headache that this place was going to give me, I would have never ordered.
This was my first time trying this place, and I ordered $50 worth of food. The owner called me about 30 minutes saying that they can’t deliver it because it’s out of range (0.8 miles, 4 minute drive away). I tell them it’s OK and they can refund me my money.
The owner yelled at me and said “You always order knowing I can deliver it to you! No, I will not give you anything back, you can dispute it with your bank!”. I was so confused so I asked him a couple more questions to verify because how is 0.8 miles away too far??? Also, this was my first (and definitely last) time ordering.
So here I am, at 1AM, in front of the store, waiting for the police for two hours because the owner thinks I am some magical person that doesn’t exist and refuses to give me my money back.
Not to mention, actually going inside the place, it’s disgusting and ridden with mold everywhere! I probably would have gotten sick. STAY AWAY!!!

Easily one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a pizza place. The food was either undercooked, cold, or just poorly made, and the service was just as disappointing — unprofessional and slow. I really tried to give this place a chance, but it’s clear there’s no care put into quality or customer experience. Definitely won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for decent food or service.

I usually keep the complaints to my self but this pizza is horrible soak in oil cheese and meat warm not hot made me throw up pizza places in the city have sunk fast food in a hole is a disaster over priced and cheaply made hamburger pizza chicken fingers totally disgusting I will never drop 50 there again

The service was nice until I got home and called back about the pizza not being cut fully causing me to rip while I try to eat. The pizza is soggy. I wish I never drove off. The guy who took my order told me it was the “new guy fault.” said that pizza was practically burnt!!! After that he offered nothing to replace and was in silence on the other end of the phone call. 17$ for nothing .

When I have called them the person that had answered the phone to Rhode runner they were real aggressive and giving me attitude and was real irritated I understand working a night shift could be hard but I really Never did anything to that person so i don’t know why they are showing attitude tours me .

I ordered Buffalo fingers plus a couple other things. Found out I got chicken fingers with a few packets of hot sauce. That's was after tipping and getting all the way home. Very frustrated. The rest of the food wasn't anything to write home about.
This place has gone downhill, the person who took my order was rude, and the food was absolutely disgusting. The pizza was wet and soggy, half cooked and the sandwich was gross. Brown lettuce used smoked meats on the italian sub and I asked that it be toasted well. It was soggy and terrible. Not sure what happened here but the last 2 times it was not good. Will not be ordering again.

Ordered from their app. BBQ chicken pizza. Something's not right about it. The crust is weird it's not how it used to be. It's got this weird taste to it and this hardly any barbecue sauce on it. I asked for it to be well done, it's not. And it just tastes strange. I haven't ordered from here in a long time. Back to where I usually buy it from. I don't know what I was thinking. But good Lord the delivery was fast exclamation point I've never had food delivered so quick too bad it wasn't good

I've been ordering from this Road Runner for 2 decades but lately it has drastically gone down hill, to the point of disgusting. Their pizzas are SOOO greasy and paper thin. The dough is literally soaked with grease. Since the crust is thin the grease passed through the crust and sheets of wax paper underneath the pizza and soaked the box. When you pick up a slice it hangs by the crust. I'm done ordering from here, wasting my money until they either get a new cook or change how they make the large pizzas. It's like they made the diameter larger but failed to add dough to the recipe.If the owner of Road Runner wants to speak with this 20+ yr loyal customer then feel free to. My contact Info is in your computers. If it talk productive and I'm happy with the results then I'll adjust this review.
Parking: If you can find a spot on Orient Street you got lucky. At your own risk you can park on Hamilton St., but if a cop sees you parked on Hamilton they'll likely harass you and get you to move NOW. Best bet is just park in the parking lot across Orient St where the convenience store, Pizza Hut by the slice and BoA ATM is.
Wheelchair accessibility: NO WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY! Road Runner at Orient & Hamilton Streets is located in the basement of a 4 Decker. There's stairs at both doors. ZERO RAMPS. However, if someone in a wheelchair is determined to go dine in for some pizza it might be possible to have a 2nd person wheel you down 1 stair at a time. There's room at bottom to maneuver to open the door. **DO THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK. I'M NOT LEGALLY LIABLE FOR MY SUGGESTIONS /OPINIONS**
