We had a family group at Sonoma for the Easter brunch. It was a mixed experience. Some of us arrived 10 minutes early and we were seated upstairs and handed menus. We questioned if we were in the right place for brunch and it took a while before the staff asked some questions and sent us downstairs for the $75 per person brunch. The service was slow and scant. As dishes piled up on our table for the brunch, no one came at any time to bus the table. We moved our own dishes. The buffet food was good, but there were hardly any vegetable dishes who expect to have some a better balance of meat to vegetables. The youngsters enjoyed having the Easter Bunny there and the host was very nice with the children waiting to see the Easter Bunny. In the past we enjoyed Sonoma and we understand the difficulty in hiring staff, especially on a holiday, but the price to value ratio on this experience was far out of proportion.

Was excited to try this restaurant, but quickly became disappointed. Food was poorly seasoned. Prime rib was paper thin and overcooked. Shrimp cocktail was tasteless and most likely frozen. Ham dinner was tough to eat. Believe it or not but the service was worse than the food. Overpriced for sure..

My waiter, Maxwell, was incredible. I went a few times and he made sure I was well taken care of, he was very attentive despite him having several tables. His energy and knowledge of the menu is incredible. Highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for an upscale meal.

Fantastic experience! We were the only ones there and the staff was very nice. Perfect place to bring kids because they can walk around the hotel lobby and hang out by the fireplace if they need a break. We had a great anniversary dinner.

Poor service. Obvious wait staff was not properly trained. Wine ordered was wrong vintage when brought to table, waiter did not check, cocktail was incorrectly prepared, waiters "disappeared" having a long wait for our check.

This was the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. My partner and I were there for Valentine’s Day and there was the preset menu that was $95/person. We got to the restaurant for our reservation at 6:30 and we were brought to our table immediately. It wasn’t until 7:15 that anyone came to our table to take our order; there were only about 5-6 other tables full when we got there. Three times throughout the night my partner had to get up and ask someone to see where our waitress was to ask for water (once) and status on our food (twice) and we were waiting around an hour between each course of the 3 course meal. No one came to check on the food as we were eating and my partner’s $95 steak was cooked to the wrong temperature and was extremely bloody. By the end of the night we had to flag someone down to ask for the check. We bet over-under 30 minutes to get the check for the first time after asking for it and as it was nearing the 25 minute mark we saw our waitress coming over with a check — which she left at another table for another couple — after which we just gave her our card to run without getting our check because we really just wanted to leave. Tables who had been sat an hour after we had were getting their food, eating, paying, and leaving far before we even got our dessert. By this point we were one of 2 tables still left in the entire restaurant after having been there for 3-3.5 hours mostly spent waiting on our $200 meal. I asked to see the manager at the end of our meal and she gave us a $6 bottle of wine as an apology and asked us to come back. Overall a terrible experience, the food was not great and the portions were small. This $200 meal/experience was not even worth $50 for the food quality, taste, and experience. Extremely disappointed.

Sonoma was unprepared and unenthusiastic as many couples made reservations but had to wait 30+ minutes for a table. Food was good but greatly over valued, especially the French Onion soup which lacked it's unique broth and flavor.

We highly recommend Sonoma restaurant! We had a wonderful meal, starting with the Mezze platter (all freshly made dips and bread), and the Sea Bass and Chicken entrees. All were delicious! The chef has elevated the menu and the preparations to a new level. The service was attentive and gracious and the atmosphere is both upscale and inviting. The pricing of the food and wine was very reasonable, especially given the quality of the ingredients and the imagination of the preparation.

My group were the only people in the restaurant dining. Food portions were small for price. Steak was paper thin for the price. Everyone left hungry after paying $250 for 4 people, no drinks, no dessert. Had to go to another restaurant to fill up.

Beautiful restaurant. Quiet and intimate. Good service. Phenomenal food.Parking: There definitely was not enough parking here, we had to park really far away and walk in the rain.

The food was excellent in presentation and taste . The ambience was lovely. The service was slow at first but once we had a dedicated wait staff the evening flowed nicely . It was New Year's Eve and they handled it well

Upon seating we were told to order the 4 courses now. After getting our first drink and taking 2 sips, our first course was on the table. Half thru the first course, the second course was on the table. Wine list leaves much to be desired. Food was fair.

Was there for Thanksgiving meal, and it was very good. I had pumpkin carrot soup, salmon, and creme brule. All of this was good. Will be back to try restaurant again. Cost was about 300 for us two.
