Eileen and the entire staff at Westside Steak & BBQ are fantastic. The food is good, and my go-to is either a grilled chicken sandwich or a burger. The Mac & cheese bites are amazing. The best part is that this is a local neighborhood spot and Eileen is always kind and welcoming to those who come to eat.

We aren't in Worcester often but we love BBQ and I have to say everything was absolutely delicious we got the full rib, ½ chicken, brisket and 6 sides for the family and it was an excellent price with plenty of leftovers. We will definitely order again!!!

Living outside NYC, you would assume I have lots of fabulous food options. But my absolute favorite grilled chicken Caesar salad is made at Westside Steak and BBQ. Every time I return to Worcester to visit family, I am certain to visit with the graciously welcoming owner, Eleni, and satisfy my craving.
