“Always great food, cooked to order, no microwaves! My all time favorite is their flagship sandwich, “The Commonwealth.” Piled high with freshly pulled pork, some pieces bigger than others, some with the delicious bark that defines great smoked pork. I love the optional cranberry habanero sauce on the side. Considering the sandwich has over a pound of pulled pork, plus a side ( I traditionally get fries, my wife likes the creamy Mac and cheese), not a bad deal for under $13 with tax.“

“I had a fantastic experience at Shake Shack in Wrentham and would definitely give it a solid 5 stars. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how spacious and well-organized the restaurant is. Even though it was fairly busy, the seating area had plenty of room, and I never felt cramped or rushed. It’s a great place whether you’re dining alone, with friends, or with family.

The restaurant was also exceptionally clean. The floors, tables, and even the bathrooms were spotless, which really added to the overall dining experience. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in keeping the space welcoming and hygienic.

The service was fast and efficient. I placed my order and had my food in just a few minutes, even during what seemed like a busy time. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right.

Of course, the food was delicious as expected. The ShackBurger was juicy and flavorful, the crinkle-cut fries were hot and crispy, and the milkshake was creamy and satisfying.

Overall, this Shake Shack location in Wrentham is top-notch. Great environment, excellent service, and tasty food. I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I’m in the area. Highly recommended!“

“This is truly the best fast food restaurant I’ve been to. It’s always sparkling clean, everything is organized and best of all is the actual service. The owner is so personable, knows our order and always takes the time to have a conversation with us. My son is very picky and raves about his meal every time. “This is one of the best places to visit when I'm in town. I grew up going here, and won't get ice cream from anywhere else. The food is good and you can tell that the employees are very happy working here, and go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. I 100% recommend visiting here; you won't be disappointed!“

“I would like to give a shout out to Zack and the only 2 other employees working today at 7p.m.It was a long wait and admittedly, I was getting frustrated. I saw a kid walk an order out to a parked car, I waited in line, I waited, and waited. After finally ordering I pulled up to the window. I saw 1 single person (zack) with his headset on, waiting on the people inside, this was the same person I saw bringing out an order to the car. When he came to the window I asked "are you the only one running this place?" He said "yeah, me and 2 others in the kitchen. That's why the wait was so long" I said "How is this even possible?" He replied "it's OK until someone gets mad and yells at me"At that moment I took a step back and realized how much those 3 people were trying to do to please everyone, and with what they had, they were doing amazing. I simply asked for crown and told him they were doing a great job. This kid had more multitasking skills then I've ever had. It made me think that my wait was nothing compared to the pressure these 3 people had on them for hrs. BK give them more money for stepping up“

“As someone who goes to many different McDonald’s locations on road trips around New England I’m very impressed with this location. The food was almost instantaneous (burger and fries) and the guy handing out my food was very friendly and smiley. The food was super fresh and hot too! When eating I saw an employee wipe down tables and chairs, mop and sweep the area. So the area was super clean. Would go out of my way to come here again 5/5“

“Imagine this, you get off work a little early, take the train from Boston home to get the kids to the play place for some fun, and you arrive to McDonalds with the kids excited and things rolling smooth.

Your wife placed the order online prior to arriving and when you get there your slushee and pops are already on the counter.

Your youngest goes to the bathroom with mom to swap out his diaper before playtime. Your four year old is waiting with you at the counter.

Out of the back of the kitchen area you hear one loud f-bomb after another coming from the teenagers and manager. Your kid immediately looks at you, but you’re at McDonalds. What can you expect?

So, you get your meal and go back to the play place. You look over at your two year old to realize his diaper was not fitted properly and he starts to pee up and out of the diaper.

You grab him to take him to the car, and you being the responsible adult go to tell management. The young man who hears you goes back to talk to his manager.

They all take a poll in the back if they just want to shut the play place down and evict two other families playing there because “they just don’t want to deal with it”. Also imagine offering to clean it up, but no one has asked you.

Next imagine they were saying things like “who lets their kid pee on the floor”, “they must be terrible parents,” and how messed up it is the two year old had this accident.

Yes. All of these things happened today at this McDonalds. When I told the manager I heard every word they said and didn’t appreciate the mean and frankly awful things they said, I was told she was 24 and never wanted to have kids, so it wasn’t her problem.

When your customers and delivering value beyond cheap food ceases, what real value does this place have anymore? None.

“Very small Subway with seating for 16. Entrances in the front and back. On-street parking. The worker seemed annoyed that we ordered 5 subs at 8:15. Asked for a high chair, and she had to go outside (?) to get it. Food was made right, and it was fresh. I was turned down when trying to use a coupon.“

“Went to this establishment with my family and will be definitely be returning again.
The food was extremely fresh and tasteful and the bowls we ordered all had plentiful portions.
The workers were all very good and the Manager was very helpful in explaining all the products and went above and beyond doing what she could to make not just our food experience great but our visit dining in the establishment very comforting ,as she kept making sure if everything was fine and if their was anything we needed to let them know. It was also very clean compared to other establishments I have visited and fully stocked with everything as many other ones have visited were always missing utensils, napkins etc.
This store should be the prime example for Qdoba, if they ever want to show how a restaurant should be ..not just regarding the food but the workers, cleanliness and having all the products explained and ready for their customers.“

“Aaron, Sean, TJ, and Tyrese were the best people I have ever met. Aaron and Sean both made the food with great love and care. The best sub I have had in a long time. There care for us and enthusiasm really gave comfort. Aaron and Sean were fabulous chefs and TJ was a great manager. “I went into Jersey Mike’s in Attleboro yesterday and it was around 12:15 of a very busy Friday. It’s the first time I’ve been in Jersey Mike’s and I was very impressed. The staff was fast and very friendly. They chatted with each customer and you felt a sense of community and belonging. I was very impressed to see they cut the deli meat for your sandwich right in front of the customer and he was fast and very proficient at placing the slices on the bread. Each sandwich looked very professional and neat. As I said before he (the owner/manager possibly) he safely chatted with the customer while he built their sandwich for them. The woman doing the “fixings” for the food was also fast and friendly to each customer. The whole team worked as one and it really was very nice to see the community and life coming back into the food service around here. They worked as if they shared a heartbeat.
