We LOVE Ann & Fran’s. Best breakfast on the Cape. Their fresh squeezed OJ is a treat, their fresh baked goods are amazing, and the menu items are unique and so so delicious! When the lemon poppy waffle with blueberry compote is on the specials menu, get it!
Their food is amazing! Great service and quaint ambience as well!!
I had the most delicious omelette of my life at Ann & Fran’s! Mushroom, caramelized onions and Swiss cheese with a side of Hollandaise. It was loaded with mushrooms and caramelized onions and was absolutely sublime! I also recommend the Kitchen Sink!

Ann & Fran's Kitchen is a great little place serving amazing and plentiful food with many unique options. The friendly staff provides quick service, and the decor is cute and homie. The menu features delicious and innovative dishes, including the bacon jam Benedict, cold brew pancakes, and the fantastic Green Street Breakfast Sandwich with herb goat cheese on a brioche bun. Their fresh squeezed OJ is a treat, and the homemade jam and perfectly crispy bacon are excellent. When the lemon poppy waffle with blueberry compote is on the specials menu, it’s a must-try. The atmosphere is adorable with a nice Cape Cod feel—cozy and welcoming. The food is hands down delicious, with large portions at reasonable prices.
